Sensas Chardonnay is produced in Lanquedoc Roussillon, between Béziers and Narbonne. The region offers wonderful white wine of great quality, due to hillsides oriented south, old vines with a natural low return rate, profiting of the Mediterranean winds. The assembly is partially fermented in French oak barrels. The result is a strong wine, with complex flavours and a nice elegance.
