Sensas

The Cabernet Sauvignon comes from the cooler areas of Languedoc, around Limoux and the Pyrenees. Altitude vineyards produce Cabernet from great crispness, with very intense fruity aroma and great quality of tannins. It is vinified in a traditional manner in thermostatically controlled stainless steel vats then aged in French oak barrels for several months. The Syrah come from a warm region of the Languedoc, which allow it to attain a great phenolic ripeness and an exceptional roundness.
