Return and exchange
You chose a bottle among our large product selection but it does not give you an entire satisfaction or the bottle seems to be corked?
If you bought the product on our online shop, you have a 14 days period to return the product in its original packaging.
The refund of your order is possible only if those two conditions are completed.

Your purchase does not suit you anymore?
What do you need to do?
- You return your purchased articles in one of our stores for free : Choose among our 12 stores.
The refund will be done automatically.
- You return your purchased articles through one of the 1250 bpost’s relay stations : Choose your relay station.
Use the return voucher in your order’s package to return the purchased articles.
The return costs are of 7,50 incl. VAT and will be deduced from your order’s refund. You do not pay if you drop your package yourself.
When the return package is received, a refunding on your account is done, deduced with the return costs.
